Writing a Business Plan
Our courses include information on writing a business plan. If you wish us, for a fee, to assist you in writing your business plan, you will be assigned an assistant to walk you through the process and edit your content. We can also write the business plan for you but we recommend that you write the plan yourself.
A business plan is primarily for you, even though you will provide it to bankers, business partners, investors, accountants, or other interested business parties. The business plan determines how you will proceed in starting or growing your business. If you don't take an active part in producing the plan the advice you get from the professionals you rely on won't correspond to the decisions you make as you proceed with starting or running your business.
Creating Spreadsheets
Many people find the "what if" scenarios of their business plan to be beyond their capabilities to create them in spreadsheets. Our associates are skilled in creating the spreadsheets you need to accurately project the scenarios you envision. Our spreadsheet course is sufficient for creating simpler spreadsheets such as those you need for creating projected profits and losses or creating projected balance sheets.
Workshops
Our staff is available for conducting workshops in starting a business. The information in our courses can be condensed into one or a series of workshops.
